"UnseenIdeas" signifies the contractual services provided by this online portal and/or the company UnseenIdeas GmbH.

1 Established Terms Used of this Data Privacy Statement
Personal Data means individual details relating to personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person.
Companies or persons who are not registered in this online portal of UnseenIdeas are Non-Members/Users.
Registered persons or companies are Members.

2 Basic Principles Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
UnseenIdeas collects, processes, and uses your personal data in compliance with the statutory provisions.
UnseenIdeas exclusively uses personal data of the Member in order to enable them to use the Internet services provided by UnseenIdeas which require a prior registration and to manage the contractual relationship as well as the agency service relationship. UnseenIdeas will never transmit any personal data for advertising or marketing purposes or for any other purposes without your authorization.

3 Use of the Internet Presence (Members and Non-Members)
Out of technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server when you access the online portal of UnseenIdeas (such as the date and time of access, URL of the website where you used the link, your IP address, and, as the case may be, the type and version of your browser). Such data is stored separately from other data which the registered Members entered in the context of using our offer. We do not assign such data to a specific person. Such data are analyzed for statistical purposes and the prevention against malicious exploits; it is deleted on a regular basis.

4 Usage Data, Visibility
UnseenIdeas collects, processes, and uses personal data of Members and/or their contact persons during the registration and the use of the online platform.
4.1 User Name / Password
Under no circumstances and at no time will the user name and the password be visible to other UnseenIdeas Members or Non-Members. UnseenIdeas will refrain from transmitting such data to third parties and/or make them available to third parties in any other way.
4.2 Mandatory Data of Members
Furthermore, certain mandatory fields must be completed upon registration, currently the following:
- Business name, street, zip code, city, country, short description, scale of the company
- First name, name of a contact person, business e-mail address
4.3 Voluntary Data of Members
In addition to the mandatory data, you can provide voluntary data which enable the others to get to know you and/or your company better and, for this reason, choose you as a suitable business partner. At present, voluntary data include for example: your department, your position, a telephone number, branches, industry, founding year, claim, web address, etc. You can also upload your company logo if you wish to do so.
4.4 Visibility of Mandatory and Voluntary Data For Non-Members, the following member details are visible - if they are stored: projects, business seat and scale of the company, number of employees, founding year, main services, branches, references, web address, contact person of the company.
4.5 Internal Use
UnseenIdeas stores the fetch of projects and its data for statistical evaluation. However, third parties do not have access to such data.

5 Data Transmission to Third Parties
We only submit personal data to third parties, if this is required or permitted by law. In case of continuous delay in payment, UnseenIdeas is entitled to submit contractual and customer data to a debt collection company which needs it for the processing of the payment.

6 Newsletter
UnseenIdeas sends his Members a free newsletter to the e-mail address they provided to inform the Member and to place its own advertisements. The Members have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link provided at the end of the respective newsletter.

7 Social Plugins
Our Internet presence uses social plugins (plugins) of various social networks, such as "facebook.com" and "Twitter". These plugins are easily recognizable by their respective logos.
If you access a web page of our Internet presence by using one of the respective social plugins, your browser creates a direct connection to the servers of the respective operator of the logo (such as facebook.com or twitter.com). The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the service provider to your browser and then integrated into the website by the provider. Please consider that data processing by Facebook and Twitter may take place outside of the European Union. Besides, we do not have any influence on the amount of data which is collected by the use of social plugins; therefore we inform you according to our current state of knowledge:
Due to the integration of social plugins, the service providers receive the information that you visited the respective website of our Internet presence. If you are logged into services such as Facebook or Twitter, the service provider is able to relate the visit to your user account. If you log out beforehand, you prevent the assignment to the user account. If you interact with the plugin, for example by using the "like" button on Facebook or by leaving a comment, your browser will directly transmit such information to the respective service provider who will store the information. If you are not a member of a social network it is still possible that the Provider learns your IP address and stores it. 8 Cookies
"Cookies" are tiny files which enable UnseenIdeas to store specific information related to the user on your computer or any other terminal during the time you use the online portal of UnseenIdeas. Cookies help us, for example, to ascertain the frequency of use and the number of visitors of our websites, to analyze the user behavior on our website, to assess the advertising effectiveness, to increase security, and to design our offers for you as comfortable, efficient, and interesting as possible.
For Non-Members, UnseenIdeas uses cookies to save your settings for the search and to record the repeated use of the online portal.
